WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATIONS?

SATURDAY: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply phone, fax, place your order online, or quotation requests
by 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) to be shipped out the
same business day.

Non-stock items and custom orders require additional time.

All orders must be accompoanied by customer name or account
number, billing address, and shipping address, purchase order
number or the name of the person placing the order and phone
number.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
When your order is placed on progresstool.com, you will see a
"Thank You" page, which will contain an online order confirmation
number. This is a confirmation that your order has been placed
successfully. Your order is then sent over a secure connection
to progresstool.com. If order is placed between 8:00 AM and
3:00 PM PST, it will then be processed. If order is placed after
3:00 PM PST, your order will be processed the following day.
If order is placed after 3:00 PM PST on Friday, your order is not
guaranteed to be shipped until Monday. Weekend orders, although
processed, may be shipped on Monday. Please be advised that
although we strive to fulfill your order within 24 hours, typical
fulfillment time with our company, as well as any other company
is 1-5 Business Days. If you would like to make a request to have
your order rushed or if you require your order to be received before
a certain date, please contact the progresstool.com Customer
Service Center at toll free 1-800-841-TOOL (1-800-841-8665). You
will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received
by progresstool.com. If there are any problems with your order,
one of our customer service associates will contact you via phone
or email.

WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL?
You will receive an order confirmation message via email shortly
after progresstool.com receives your order. If you did not
receive this message within one hour of placing your order,
there might be a delay on the web due to traffic. If this happens,
please feel free to contact us at toll free at 1-800-841-TOOL
(1-800-841-8665) to ensure that your order is being processed.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
If your order has not already been delivered, or is not on its way to
being delivered, we can easily cancel it. To do so, please contact our
customer service department immediately at toll free 1-800-841-TOOL
(1-800-841-8665). If your order has already been sent out for delivery
we will be unable to cancel it. If your order is scheduled for delivery
date in the future, you can call us at toll free 1-800-841-TOOL
(1-800-841-8665) or email us using our online Contact Us Form
with your request to cancel.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your
order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered.
To request a change to your order's delivery address, please
contact us at toll free 1-800-841-TOOL (1-800-841-8665) or enter
the new address information into our online Contact Us Form.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?
We never send personal information, such as your credit card
number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone
but us. We encrypt your information and sent it over the internet
using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. When your
browser is in secure mode, you will notice a blue bar at the top
of the browser window and an unbroken key or lock icon at the
bottom left corner of the window.

Progresstool.com does not rent or sell information we recieve
from web orders or email registrations to third parites. For more

WHICH CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED?
Progresstool.com accepts a variety of credit cards including
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you
would like to pay using by Personal Check, or Money order,
please contact progresstool.com customer service at toll

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT BE CHARGED?
Progresstool.com will attempt to secure authorization on your
credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem
securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and
prompted to use another card. If we receive verification of
sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred
securely to progresstool.com.Your account will be charged
within 24 to 48 hours.

ARE LEASING OPTIONS AVAILABLE?
For equipment purchases you may consider leasing options.
Progresstool.com does not operate on an in-house leasing
program. However, we do maintian a successful relationship
with a preferred outside firm. We can also work with your

Form with your request.

You are welcome to use our interactive Lease Calculator to
work out your monthly repayments for your lease based on
your purchase price, term, and interest rate.

WAS MY COUPON / CERTIFICATE CODE APPLIED?
If you were eligible for a discount on your order as a result
of providing progresstool.com with a coupoon or certificate
code during the order process, rest assured that it was applied
on the back end before processing your order. If you forgot to
enter your pomotion code during the shipping process, feel free

email it to us by using our online Contact Us Form, and we will
issue a credit against your credit card.
