This is a domed rectangular shaped mandrel. The dome is all around with soft rounded corners. Made of hardened and tempered steel mandrel, used to form and shape bezels, chain links, etc. Small end is 5mm x 3.8mm. Large end is 15mm x 11.5mm. Made in Italy.
