This master alloy is suitable for the production of 18 ct Palladium based white gold investment cast items with or without precious stones in place. The gold alloy is nickel-free and must be used only after an addition of 8 to 13% Palladium. Rhodium plating is recommended only if a small quantity of palladium has been added; however, the final decision is left to the producer. This master alloy is not suitable for hardening and can be cast with all commonly used investment casting techniques. Lux 139 is sold by the gram.
