This master casting alloy is suitable for the production of 9, 10, 14 and 18 ct white gold stamped items and solid chain (Ni20Zn12). Rhodium plating of the 18 ct gold alloy is recommended; however, the final decision is left to the producer. The 18 ct gold alloy is very suitable for hardening. FLEXIA116 can also be used for the production of 9, 10 ct items that can be commercialised only in the countries where no restrictions for nickel use are in force. The use of traditional mould casting methods is recommended. Flexia 116 is sold by the gram.
