This is a very unique type of wheel utilizing rows of flapped material and each flap has strands of the material. This allow the abrasive action to be very flexible to surface shape and contours. Made of Scotch Brite aluminum oxide material for surface cleaning and satin finish. Measures 4" diameter x 1" wide. Center hub is 1-1/2" diameter with 1/4" arbor hole.
