Yasui & Co. is pleased to announce the release of a new casting machine, The Mini K ( Compact Vacuum Pressure Casting Machine ), and it has the best quality casting in small quantity from 30 g to 300 g i n 24k. Mini K performs with as much high quality as other large-sized Yasui casting machines, though it is made for smaller volume of castings. Many of other manufactures set the prices of their small-sized casting machines lower while cutting off full automatic operation functions. On the other hand, compact machines of Yasui maintain the high performance without diminishing the automatic operation level. Vacuum Melting and Pressurization:
- Differently from other manufacturers' machines of similar price level that cover the metal by protection gas only and cast without pressurization, the Compact VPC Mini K conducts the entire metal melting cycle under vacuum and by replacing impure air with inert gas and then casts the metal fully automatically by suction and pressurization.

Stone Set Casting:
- The Yasui Compact VPC Mini K can also achieve the lowest flask and casting temperature, it is most suitable for stone set castings and  it is safely performed.

Advance Single Gas System:
- Based on the theory of flow dynamics, the newly developed stopper enables the metal not to remain at all in the crucible. This is quite important for stone castings to eliminate metal leakage for next melting.
