Top of the line Lindstrom RX8144 Tapered Cut Cutter provides ultimate performance, precision, and comfort. The profile of the RX grip is slightly rounded and wide creating excellent surface distribution and contact. The patented Bio-Spring where tension is kept minimal and limited throughout the working cycle. The tension and opening width can be adjusted to suit your preference via the 3 different ports. A 1% carbon/chrome ball-bearing grade steel is used which provides incredible impact resistance and resiliency with smoother, cleaner penetration at the cutting edge. Computer controlled grinding (CNC) guarantees edge angle accuracy and contact which increases tool reliability and consistency. Precision induction hardening of the 1% carbon alloy steel allows a high Rockwell hardness (63-65HRC) without brittleness, resulting in a longer lasting tool. This cutter creates a micro-bevel cut.
