This yellow casting alloy is suitable for the production of yellow gold investment cast articles with or without precious stones (Ag20Zn16). It is suitable for making 8 ct,9 ct, 10 ct and 14 ct yellow gold alloys. The colour of the 14 ct alloy is commonly known as Hamilton yellow, while the colour of the 9 ct alloy it is known as English yellow. The Italian alloy is suitable for hardening for all carat values where its use is suggested. The ProGold alloy can be cast with all commonly used investment casting techniques.
