The Progress standard vulcanizer is manufactured with high precision machined components to ensure reliability and long term dependability. The bridge and handle are made of 1" machined steel. The top and bottom platens are ?" thick 6061 aluminum extruded plate. This unit features a pre-calibrated thermostat, a single mechanical control for both top and bottom heated platens. Includes 2 thermometers fixed on each platen with brackets for heat sensing and comparison of both the top and bottom plates. Platens measures 6" x 8". All spare parts are stocked. Weighs 43 lbs.
