Made of aluminum a 2-part spring-loaded tool with a slotted groove channel to grip and hold setting bracelets up to 8mm wide firmly in place. The 2 sections have 6 equally spaced cap screws to hold the work in place around the diameter of the tool. Wheel diameter is 3-1/4".
